Here is my introduction. I am a 1961 born Sikh gentleman resident of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Indore has been adjudged the cleanest city of India for the fifth time in a row. Indore is the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh in India. Distance to commercial capital of India i.e. Mumbai is 595 km, capital of India Delhi is 829 Km, Kolkata is 1728 km and Chennai is 1744 Km from Indore.

 

My wife Manjeet, is a homemaker, my eldest daughter Sweena is a scientist and is in the USA, my younger daughter Ishu pursued double Masters in Luxury brand Management from Emlyon Business School, Paris, France and is now established her own firm "Ishpreet Kay Global" and working as a Mindset & Manifestation Coach. My youngest son Gurpreet works at Deloitte. I am blessed with 82-year-old Mother and we all live with her.

It is a bungalow situated in eastern part of Indore. It is in a posh colony named Sampat Farms. Facing North, it covers 5000+ sq ft with 9000 constructed areas. Bungalow is purely meant for self-living. Hospitality and gesture are in blood of Sikhs which led us to open our heart to provide the best accommodation for people who value their money and time.

We have four good rooms in the property. We have converted them into service apartments with an attached service kitchen in the lounge area. Rooms are very spacious and flanked with big balconies. All balconies are facing towards an open space with no encroachments around them.

 

Colony is in the heart of the city. All necessary requirements are within an arm’s reach. We have tasty food available nearby. JMB restaurant, GFC food restaurant and Khanabadosh to name a few, are very near. Famous Akash hospital is on stone’s throw distance. Market is very near. Doctor is in the colony. Medical shop is within 1 Km. Ola or Uber can be called at any time. From Railway station or bus stand auto charges are some where between 80 to 100 Rs. Chartered bus stop is five Km from our place. 

 

All essentials like, eateries, salons, gym, hospital, pharmacy, banks, ATM's, Florist, Doctor, temple, restaurants super market are within 500 meters’ reach. The Passport office is at 300-meter distance. It is walk able. Study abroad counselor are our neighbors. The famous Ralamandal is 6 KM's. Famous Mayank blue water park is adjacent to the colony. MY hospital (Medical college) is five KMs, opposite to it is the medicine market. The intercity bus stop is 5 kms. Bhopal bound all chartered buses starts from here. Agriculture college and dental college are also within 4 km’s.

Four-star Hotel Pride is 500 meters away. Pride of the town Shreemaya Celebrity has recently started an outlet very near to us.

 

In all, it is a beautiful, calm, quiet and a convenient place to live.

All rooms are equipped with branded AC, TV and geyser.

Adequate light is made available for comfortable reading and writing. Finest quality linen in white color is used. Every room has a kettle with sugar, tea bags and coffee pouch and milk to make tea.

Service Kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Refrigerator, Induction Stove, Toaster, and an OTG. Sufficient utensils are provided for day to day use.

Free wi fi is available. Adequate points are given for charging mobiles, laptops and power banks. 

We live on the ground floor. Rooms are situated on first and second floor. 

Access of these rooms are separate and within the premises. On the first floor we have three king size rooms available. They are named as Sweena’s room, Ishu’s room and Karan’s room. Karan’s room opens in a huge terrace garden.
